Using informed choices to improve long term life chances and for health, social and economic benefit.

All organisations should promote health Eating as part of a wellbeing plan.The introduction of simple initiatives from water dispensers to a fruit bowl or more which are peceived also as an employee benefit.

Schools and colleges have a key role in shaping the habits and behaviour of children and young people and are in a unique position to encourage and facilitate healthy eating, active lifestyle, and promote self esteem. All adults involved in a school environment in any way, will be seen as role models by pupils, and can influence and help pupils to make effective choices.
